SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my interest in attending the evening music class that you have advertised. The idea of learning music in a classroom setting excites me, and I believe that I would greatly benefit from the experience.
I have always had a deep appreciation for music, and I enjoy listening to a wide range of genres, from classical to pop. However, despite my love for music, I have never had the opportunity to learn how to play an instrument or read sheet music. Therefore, I am eager to attend this music class to acquire some basic knowledge and skills that will allow me to pursue my passion for music more seriously.
Although I have no prior formal training in music, I have dabbled in playing the guitar and keyboard on my own. I have also taken part in singing groups and choirs in the past, and I believe that my experiences in these activities will help me in the music class.
I have a few questions regarding the music class. Firstly, what instruments will be taught? Will there be any flexibility in choosing the instrument to learn? Also, what is the level of proficiency required to enroll in the class? Lastly, what is the duration of the class, and will there be any assessments or exams?
