SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to you on behalf of our musician group, we used to meet at the local community hall every week for our rehearsals. But the hall in charge now not giving us permission to use it.
This musician group represents our society and always participates in every event organized at the district and state level. For the past two years, we always won music competitions and made our community proud of us.
The group is a combination of young and experienced artists, which is the main strength of our team. We are planning to participate in India talent shows, we all are working hard on our training and performances. So many local theaters are investing money in us and providing us the latest instruments and sound system. They all are supporting us and will make our people proud of us. In the future, we will open an academy in our locality to train our kids so that they no need to move to other cities to learn and perform.
We understand maybe it’s not possible to use the hall on Tuesday and Friday because of time issues. We can shift our schedule to Saturday and Sunday as these are the weekends and people during weekends love to go to movies or shopping. I think it will be convenient for both of us.
