A cafe near your home put some chairs and tables on the pavement for customers. This creates a problem for you. Write a letter to the manager to complain about this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I reside in house number 3221 which is adjacent to your restaurant. I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the new dining area you have created by adding more tables and chairs on the pavement as it is causing problems for me and my family. Actually, when the dining area was confined to indoors, there was no problem. Now there is a lot of noise coming from your customers especially after 10 am and it is causing us huge disturbance.
I am preparing for my exam but I am not able to focus because of this issue. Moreover, as your restaurant has expanded, it has limited the availability of parking lots. Some of the customers park their vehicles in front of my house too. This hinders my ability to take my car as freely as I used to.
I have complained about this issue to your restaurant supervisor but didn’t get any response. I will appreciate it if you address this issue. Otherwise, I will be forced to approach the City Council.
