One of your friends asked you to arrange a group holiday trip on this vacation. However, there is a difference in opinion regarding the destination. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter, you should say:
Who all are included?
What is the difference?
What you would like him/her to do?

Dear J,
Hope you have performed well in your exams.
In your last letter, you have mentioned about arranging a holiday trip together with our five-member ‘Fabulous five’ during this vacation. I wrote to James and Harry and they are extremely excited about the trip, but I could not get the response from Jacqueline. I hope you will definitely make her convinced and make her presence confirmed.
As you wrote, I was preparing to organize the trip to a hill station, but when I communicated with James and Harry, they had a different plan and that was a cruise trip to any island. I too think that will be really worth of the money we spend, as we have a lot of entertainment activities awaiting at such places. Please ask Jacqueline regarding the destination, so that we can make a final decision on this. Convey my regards to your family.
