SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Ms Suneetha,
Hope this finds you well. Sorry, I could not write to you for a while, because I had a rough time on the job hunt.
In the end, found one, that matches my qualifications and I am going to apply for that. In the advertisement I saw, they are asking me to send a reference letter along with my CV. So, it would be nice if you can provide me with a reference sign.
Since I am a fresh graduate with no prior job experience, it was really hard to find one. The competition was too tough. Moreover, my father is going to retire at the end of November, so it adds extra pressure because I am the one who needs to grab his responsibilities.
So, please consider adding your personal address, mobile number, and email address when you write the letter of reference.
It would be a great help for me if you can send your letter as soon as possible, since the application closing date is on 24th September. I look forward to hearing from you.
