Your child is going on a trip to another country for 3 days. School is looking for some parents who can join the trip and you decided to apply for the same. You are interested in going with trip. Write a letter to the head of the school and include:
– Why you want to join the team
– What you can do to assist
– Queries related to the trip.

Dear Ms. Mona,
I am Swastika Tusu, mother of your student Kistika Tusu, Grade II, Student No. 123456. I am writing to you in response to your notice regarding the school trip to Blue Mountains on 6th May, 2020.
To begin with, apart from the information provided in the brochure regarding the trip, I would like to get some more details on the same. First, what is the main purpose of this trip during this time of the year? Furthermore, as it is 3 days long trip, what essentials items should we pack for the trip? Also, how many teachers and students in total are going for the trip?
As you are already aware about Kistika’s condition. She has a dietary requirement and cannot consume dairy and gluten. Also, she must take her supplementary tablets every night after dinner. Would it be of any inconvenience to your team accompanying the children on this trip?
