Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to apply for the post of housekeeper for a house in Scotland as advertised in the Daily Tribune.
My name is Andrew Smith and | have recently completed my ‘Diploma in Hotel Management from Yorkshire University. After completing the course, | found that there is stiff competition in this field. So, | decided to go for the Masters course in Hotel Management. The intake for that course is after 6 months. The job you have advertised fills the gap completely.
Attached is a copy of my resume. | would be happy to provide references from my college professors and other members of the community. | know | would provide excellent service.
Please let me know what exactly would be my duties and if there are any pet and domestic animals at home. | would also like to know for how long the owners would be away.
