Write a letter to your neighbour requesting that something be done about your dog. Include in your letter: Your reason for writing what would you like to happen.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits! This is to bring your kind attention to an unexpected situation that compelled me to write this letter. I am facing issues with the continuous barks that your dog is making, especially at night.
I am a fourth-year student currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree from Gitam University and I complete most of my assignments at night. Additionally I am preparing for the UPSC exam at night, and you clearly know the effort I have to make in order to clear the exam. Since I am a night owl, I prefer studying at night.
I would request you kindly look into this matter and help to resolve the issue at the earliest.
Furthermore, I have experience with pets and I believe that your dog needs some attention. I would suggest that you take your dog for a regular check-up to a veterinary doctor. I will take your dog for a check-up if you are busy with your daily schedule. I would be more than happy to help you.
I have entrusted this matter to your kind attention, I believe you do the needful. Thank you once again.
