Some think that quality art can be made by anyone, while others think that it requires special talent and ability. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

SAMPLE ANSWER
Creativity makes a man perfect in life. If people do their best and do prestigious hard work, then ultimately they can reach their destination. Some believe that anyone can make quality art to impress someone, while some tend to believe that special skills are required, likeability and talent. I will shed some light on both views and will bolter my opinion in subsequent paragraphs.
To embark upon, there are several reasons behind why art can be made by anyone with its quality. First of all, it is worth considering that in this contemporary era, everyone is smarter and have more talent to make anything by own. In addition to it, they can learn many things from the art. Today’s generation can copy-paste several things from the internet as the huge demand for internet in today’s life.
Moreover, they can collect the data from different resources and then edit the picture with different apps and can represent it without doing any effort. Apart from this, if I took an instance when I went to Singapore with my mates, then what I showed there many duplicate artists sold their copy-pasted arts to ordinary people because they didn’t even know about the quality work. Altogether, I can say that quality art is not a difficult task. That’s why anyone can do it.
On the flip mode, those who believe that it requires some talent and ability to do this. Yes, it is absolutely correct because everyone has a different kind of talent to make or compose things in a better way. Furthermore, without any talent and ability, they can’t consider the perfect artist. If they totally engage in these works and make some quality art by own with a creative mind, then they will assume to be an artist. In this not merely practice is required they can even judge through their past experiences and all, for instance, which colours are required to decorate an art so that things matter. That’s why special skills are mandatory to become a successful artist.
To wrap up an entire thing, I will totally agree with the latter statement those who have skills then he/ she can make art and become a successful artists.
