The trick is to make the sentences sound natural by varying their length and type. Consider this instance:
Firstly, people eat too much fast food. It is harmful to their health. They may become addicted to it. They are going to suffer from many health problems. They might get fat from this.
Because they are all short, it is simple to combine them into patterns that are more interesting:
