You are going to spend your vacation in Rome, Italy. Your friend’s grandfather lives there and has offered to let you stay in his apartment. Write a letter to your friend’s grandfather. In your letter:
– Thank him for the offer but politely decline
– Inform him of when you will be in Rome and
– your travel plans Invite him for an outing.
SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Mr J,
I hope you’re within the pink of your health. I was overjoyed and elated after I got your letter. I am grateful that you simply invited me to your home. VC want to tell me the stories and also the funny incidents that he had with you. I was always curious to go to your house. But, this time it won’t be possible on behalf of me to go to your house. Unfortunately, I have another plans on the day which are made prior to and it’s impossible to cancel it now.
Let me explain my plan, I will be coming to Rome on 14th March 2022 and that I have made 3nights/4days trip. On the primary two days, I have a business-related meeting while on the Day of Judgement, I am progressing to roam round the famous monuments that are located close to my hotel which is situated within the centre of the town.
If possible, please suggest to me some timings, when you are free as I’ll be totally vacant on 16th March 2022. I will book a taxi and that we will catch at some common place where we are able to spend our quality time.
